Return, Refund & Indemnity Policy

Ticket Sales: Strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All ticket purchases for HYPERGVERSE — whether Early Bird or Regular — are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances. This policy applies to all cases including, but not limited to:

1/ Personal injury or illness
2/ Travel disruptions
3/ Changes in schedule or availability
4/ Incomplete team participation
5/ No-shows or failure to attend the event

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this condition in full. HYPERGVERSE reserves the right to deny entry to participants or teams that fail to meet the required event criteria.

Event Ticket Details & Obligations
Each ticket purchase secures a registration slot for 1 Team Captain only. The HYPERGVERSE event format requires participation in teams of four (4) — comprising 2 males and 2 females.

Team Captains will be contacted via email to complete registration and submit full team details. The outstanding balance for the remaining three team members must be settled promptly by the Team Captain to confirm team participation.

Waivers and official event tickets will be issued at a later date, once full team registration and payment have been completed.

All prices listed exclude 8% SST. This tax will be added during checkout. Additional government-imposed charges, if any, may also apply.

Legal Indemnity & Participant Acknowledgement
By registering for and participating in the HYPERGVERSE event, you agree to fully indemnify and hold Skinny Fat Kids Worldwide Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, agents, partners, sponsors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, injuries, or damages arising out of or in connection with your participation.

You understand that participation in a physical fitness event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, and you assume full responsibility for your health and physical condition.

All participants must sign an official waiver prior to event day.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from ticket purchases, merchandise transactions, or participation in the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Right to Modify Terms
SFKW reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on this website, and your continued use of the site or participation in the event constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
